Desserts
For me, a little something sweet at the end just belongs. Here you’ll find desserts that leave you wanting more but are still easy to manage: mousse au chocolat, semolina flummery with plum compote, lemon quark soufflés or warm little chocolate cakes with vanilla ricotta and berries. Much of it can be prepared the day before or ahead of the meal – so you have more time for your guests. And when it needs to be really quick, a scoop of homemade ice cream is often all it takes.
